The Tŷ Hafan 'Do you Dare?' Challenge includes a thrilling zip wire, daring water activities and physical outdoor adventures.

The winning team will be the team who completes all of the activities in the shortest time. It is not just about physical ability; teams must also work together and think tactically in order to be crowned victorious!

• An invigorating mountain bike course

• A white-knuckle canoe relay
