Chilli Peppers

Top Superfoods

Chilli peppers are one of our favourite flavour enhancers here at LiveGood. They contain capsaicin, which is a substance that gives peppers their well-known pungency, producing anything from mild to very intense spicy flavours when consumed. The more capsaicin within a chilli pepper, the hotter it will be!

The capsaicin in chili peppers is being studied to determine its effectiveness in helping to deal with certain sensory nerve fiber disorders, like pain associated with arthritis, psoriasis, and diabetic neuropathy for example.
